JULY STATISTICS

During the month of July the following cases were filed in Probate Court under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider:  twenty-nine estates, one guardianship, four name changes, one correction of a birth record, on civil case to sell real estate and eight adoptions. There were twenty-two marriage licenses issued during the month and Judge Cooperrider performed three wedding ceremonies.

JULY STATISTICS

During the month of July under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider, there were a total of thirty-two new cases filed with the Perry County Juvenile Court. There were six delinquency cases, three juvenile traffic cases, three unruly, and no permanent custody case filed. There was one case of abuse, neglect, dependency, and no cases of Adult Contributing cases filed. In the Paternity-Custody Division, there were nineteen cases that were new or reactivated.
