OCTOBER STATISTICS

During the month of October the following cases were filed in Probate Court under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider: fifteen new estates, one minor name change, two adoptions, and one guardianship. There were twenty-one marriage licenses issued during the month with Judge Cooperrider performing three wedding ceremonies. The Court has had several marriages performed by licensed officiants this year.  In order to perform a ceremony they must also register with the Ohio Secretary of State before the ceremony is a legal and valid one.

OCTOBER STATISTICS

During the month of October under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider, there were a total of fifty-three new cases filed with the Perry County Juvenile Court. There were nine delinquency cases, six juvenile traffic cases, five unruly, and no permanent custody case filed. There were four cases of abuse, neglect, dependency, and no cases of Adult Contributing cases filed. In the Paternity-Custody Division, there were twenty-nine cases that were new or reactivated.
