FEBRUARY STATISTICS

During the month of February the following cases were filed in Probate Court under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider: seventeen estates, two guardianships, two trusts, two name changes and two minor settlements.  There were sixteen marriage licenses issued during the month and Judge Cooperrider performed one wedding ceremony.

FEBRUARY STATISTICS

During the month of February under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider, there were a total of sixty-three new cases filed with the Perry County Juvenile Court. There were one delinquency cases, five juvenile traffic cases, seven unruly, and no permanent custody case filed. There were four cases of abuse, neglect, dependency, and one case of Adult Contributing cases filed. In the Paternity-Custody Division, there were forty-five cases that were new or reactivated.
