2020 Drinking Water Consumer Confidence Report now available for Northern Perry County Water Thornville (#1) and Burr Oak (#2)
Northern Perry County Water #1 (Thornville System)
Your drinking water is produced in the Village of Thornville Ohio. Northern Perry County #1 water system purchases and distributes the water to its customers. The Village of Thornville maintains two drilled wells for their water supply. The wells are considered ground water. They are located at 112 W. Columbus Street, Thornville, Ohio. The Village of Thornville treats the water minimally by adding a form of chlorine to ensure its safety while it is delivered to your home.

Northern Perry County Water #2 (Burr Oak System)
Northern Perry County Water System #2 receives its drinking water from the Burr Oak Regional Water District. The Regional Water District is withdrawing groundwater from 5 wells, capable of 4 million gallons per day from a sand and gravel aquifer (water rich zone) within the Hocking River Buried Valley aquifer system located in Athens County, Dover Township.
