SEPTEMBER STATISTICS

During the month of September the following cases were filed in Probate Court under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider: nineteen new estates, one minor name change, three adoptions, one civil case and two guardianships. There were forty-five marriage licenses issued during the month with Judge Cooperrider performing one wedding ceremony.

SEPTEMBER STATISTICS

During the month of September under the direction of Judge Luann Cooperrider, there were a total of forty-four cases filed with the Perry County Juvenile Court. There were three delinquency cases, five juvenile traffic cases, five unruly, and one permanent custody case filed. There were four cases of abuse, neglect, dependency, and no cases of Adult Contributing cases filed. In the Paternity-Custody Division, there were twenty-six cases that were new or reactivated.
