Perry County COVID-19 Vaccination | March 15, 2021

Approximately Wednesday, March 3, 2021, I decided to register for the COVID-19 vaccine via the Perry County Ohio Health Department website. On Thursday, March 11, 2021, I received a call from the PCHD (Perry County Health Department) asking me to schedule my appointment. I opted for the soonest opportunity, 8:45 a.m. on Monday, March 15, 2021.

I arrived this morning a little after 8:30 a.m. (3/15/2021). Within several minutes I was called back to a vaccine administration room. I was given a form where I checked off any pre-existing conditions and gave my contact information. Within several more minutes I received my vaccine. No muss. No fuss.

Today also happened to be a day when The James 3D Mobile Mammography van was on-site.

Thank You - Mark
