Flag Lowering - August 31, 2021
In honoring the lives lost to overdose and in order to recognize and raise awareness for Ohio Overdose Awareness Day, Mike DeWine, Governor of the State of Ohio, proclaims that the flags of the United States and the State of Ohio shall be flown at half-staff upon all public buildings and grounds throughout the State of Ohio from sunrise until sunset on Tuesday, August 31, 2021.
