Where do I report child abuse or neglect?

To report child abuse or neglect call Perry County Ohio Children Services at (740) 342-3836. If you believe a child is in immediate danger call your local law enforcement. Click HERE to see what information is needed to make a report.

 

Where do I report abuse or neglect of a person with a developmental disability?

In the event a person with a developmental disability is being abused or neglected, please call 9-1-1 immediately, then call the Perry County Ohio Bd. of Developmental Disabilities MUI hotline (740) 605-7746.


Where do I report elder abuse or neglect?

To report elder abuse or neglect contact Adult Protective Services or the Perry County Sheriff's Office.

Where do I report questionable food service practices?

To report questionable food service sanitation and temperatures call the Perry County Health Department.

 

Where do I report suspected illegal dumping?

If the dumping is on private property, contact the Perry County Health Department.

If the dumping is on public property, contact Perry County Waste Reduction and Recycling.

 

Where do I report a loose, stray, or neglected dog?

Anywhere in Perry County, contact the Perry County Dog Shelter.
