Perry County Ohio Probate/Juvenile Judge Luann Cooperrider has been awarded an Outstanding Leadership Award by the Ohio Educational Service Center Association for her support of the ALPHA program.
Perry County Probate/Juvenile Judge Luann Cooperrider has been awarded an Outstanding Leadership Award by the Ohio Educational Service Center Association for her support of the ALPHA program. ALPHA helps students who have been adjudicated get back on track by helping them with recovering school credits, behavioral issues, and social and emotional well-being.
