Partial Perry County Ohio 2018 Angel Tree Timeline

Applications will be available online this year, from October 9 through October 27. Applications can be submitted online, effective October 9, with no need to show up in person. Applications must be completed fully to be accepted. For those who prefer to fill out the application in person, we will be taking applications:

• Wednesday, October 24 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Thursday, October 25 from 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• Saturday, October 27 from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.

We will be located at the Community Connections Center (white building on right beyond Senior Center), 600 Senior Drive, New Lexington, OH 43764.

We ask that people spend up to $50 per Angel.
