Perry County Ohio Waste Reduction and Recycling is sponsoring a free Growing Garlic and Fall Composting Workshop on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. by the Community Garden at Mount Aloysius - New Lexington, Ohio.
