Using Technology In The Developmental Disabilities World

 

The guest speaker Alice Brouhard, is a mother of a child with disabilities, and will be speaking about how she supports her daughter's independence by using available technology. Alice will offer suggestions and recommendations on the simplified use of technology.

This training will provide the tools to add to your technology toolbox to better support yourself, people with disabilities and with other memory or cognitive challenges!

Attendees will also learn to use technology to support self-determination, in independent living, employment, memory, scheduling and socialization.

Note: Preregistration is not required. Both sessions are the same presentation.
