The commissioners are the taxing, budgeting, appropriating, and purchasing authority. They hold title to county real estate and vehicles. Individual commissioners have no power to act independently. All formal and official actions must be taken by the board of commissioners acting as a body by majority or unanimous vote.

Public Records Policy

Perry County, Ohio Public Records Policy, adopted June 5, 2019.

 

 

Chapter 149.43 of the Ohio Revised Code (O.R.C.) legislates and mandates the maintenance and accessibility of public records and grants any person the right to inspect a public record within a reasonable time period.
