Perry County Courthouse Renovation
The Perry County Commissioners intend to contract for Construction Management at Risk (CMR) services in connection with Renovation of the Perry County Courthouse and Sheriff’s Residence and Jail, located on Main Street, New Lexington, Ohio. Construction Management firms interested in being considered for a contract to provide the required services should send an email to perryco@perrycountyohio.net and request a project description and RFQ.
